Error when creating a new appointment
If you receive an error creating a new appointment try the following:
1. clear your cache
2. unblock pop-up blockers
3. update your google chrome browser.
If those steps do not work, you might have failed to designate one appointment type as your default appointment.
Go to SETTINGS - Scheduler & Appts. Look for a little green check mark next to one of your patient appointment types:
If that green check mark is not present, select the most common appointment type you select when scheduling a patient (e.g. Office Visit or Adjustment).
Next clear your cache. If the problem persists, click the red button and provide a snip of the error, a description to your issue, and the failed attempts at fixing it and report it in a customer service dialogue.
