How to setup treatment note templates to select

SELECTING THE RIGHT TREATMENT TEMPLATES FOR YOUR CLINIC

On the Main Menu select Clinic Settings (1) > Treatment Notes (2). ChiroSpring has over 50 types of Treatment Templates to choose from. The Treatment Templates are designed to handle cash wellness clinics through integrative medicine clinics. We can also customize a template for your clinic. Be sure to look at all the Treatment Templates prior to a request for customization. You will likely find treatment templates that are faster and more compliant than you imagined. 

Each template is put into categories to help you search more easily (Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Personal Injury, Medical and General). If you belong to a consulting group with customized Treatment Templates, inform ChiroSpring and we will make those available to you. You can view each template by clicking on the template name (3).

You can activate each Treatment Template to be seen on three different areas of the ChiroSpring platform and determine the order (4) the Treatment Templates appear:

1. Patient Dashboard (5),
2. EHr Menu (6) and
3. Mobile Provider App (7)

Be sure to Save your settings at the bottom of the page.
