How do print SOAP Notes (treatment notes)

To print treatment notes for a patient, open the patient menu in the upper right corner, then click on Treatment Notes. 

Click the select all button in the upper left part of the table to select and print out all notes for a patient, otherwise click the individual check boxes next to notes/exams to print. Click the button on the bottom of the page for "Generate PDF Report". From here, you can print the PDF or save locally as needed.
