How to add a new patient
There are 4 ways to add a new patient into ChiroSpring.
1. Add New Patient Icon
Click the "Add new patient" icon. This is on the left of the search/add patient box at the top of the screen.

2. Search for a patient that is not listed
Type a patient name using the search bar at the top. If the patient is not found select the "Add new patient" option.
3. Create an appointment on the schedule
Click on desired time slot. In the Create Appointment dialog start typing your patient's name in the Patient box. If the patient is not found you will see the Add New Patient option appear (see below). Click that. Then you can add your patient's First and Last name. This gets them on the schedule quick. Later you can add additional fields for your patient such as DOB, phone, etc.
4. Growth Hub
Under the Growth Hub tab is an option to "Add Lead". Click "Add Lead". Then click on "Import". Here you can download a blank CSV template (so you know which fields you are allowed to import). Once this CSV is populated use the Import File option to upload your patients into the system.
