How to add payers into your Third Party Payer list
To add a Third Party Payer go to the Billing tab (from the left menu). Then select Settings > Third Party Payers. Search your list to make sure that Third Party Payer is not already listed. Once you confirm the payer is not already created click the "Add new payer" button.
Complete the following Highlighted sections, if the section is not highlighted, please leave blank:
*Payer Name- no dashes or special characters
*Program Type- most clinics choose OTHER or MEDICARE
Once the Highlighted sections have been completed, hit the save button.
*Please make sure to upload all insurance cards, this will ensure the correct payer id and address will be on your claims.
