How to update/add Payer ID

*important note: 3rd Party Payers are first added by the clinic under Billing - 3rd Party Payer


1. Click on Service Center

Click on Service Center

2. Click on New Request

Click on New Request

3. Click on Other Request

Click on Other Request

4. Type "list 3rd party payer name here + new/updated payer ID"

e.g. Blue Cross & Blue Shield + 768768Type "list 3rd party payer name here + new/updated payer ID"

5. Click Send Requests

Click Save to Send Request
