How to request claim billing services

The Service Center is the main place to request that ChiroSpring perform billing services on claims, file uploads, deletions, calling and other requests.

Go to the Main Menu > Service Center (1) > New Request (2) > click on the nature of the request (3)

The following screen will appear. Enter the patients first and last name (4) or claim # (5) > search (6). Then claims matching that criteria will appear. Select the claim(s) that you are requesting these services on (7) > select the correct Third Party Payer (8) > send the request to have ChiroSpring perform (9).

This page also keeps track of the status of your request and a history of all requests.
