How to Return a Completed Claim Back to Pending Claims
Once a claim has been completed you will need to create a service center request should you want to move it back into the Pending Claims folder. There is no fee associated with this request.
To do this click on your patient. Then navigate to the Claim History section.
Next select the claims you want to move back into the pending folder (make sure to select the insurance from the "Select Insurance" dropdown.
Finally, use the "Service Center" dropdown. Choose the "Return claim to pending folder" option. Then click on the green "Send Request(s) button. This will initiate the request to the ChiroSpring team. We will then move back into the Pending Claims folder for you.
