How do I return a claim already completed back to the Pending Claim folder?
Once a claim has been completed you will need to create a service center request should you want to move it back into the Pending Claims folder. To do this click on your patient.
Go to your patient and navigate to the Claim History section.
Patient > Claim History.
Next select the claims you want to move back into the pending folder (make sure to select the insurance from the "Select Insurance" dropdown.
Finally, use the "Service Center" dropdown. Choose the "Return claim to pending folder" option. Then click on the green "Send Request(s) button. This will initiate the request to the ChiroSpring team. We will then move back into the Pending Claims folder for you.
