How to setup the clinic facility demographics

When you sign up for ChiroSpring we collect information about your practice (such as practice name, phone, etc.).  You can enter the remaining information about your clinic such as address, NPI, Tax ID, etc. in the Clinic Setup section.

From the Main Menu on the left > Clinic Settings (1) > Setup (2) and select the edit icon for your main facility (3).

Add and edit information (1). Some information can only be added and edited by ChiroSpring in order to reduce clinic errors (2). Save your additions and Edits (3). Send your add and edits request to ChiroSpring through an email (4).
