How do I send an email to a patient?
To send an email or text on the platform you must have your clinic’s CRM turned on and both an email and toll free phone assigned to your clinic. Contact ChiroSpring to help you with this setup.
All ChiroSpring software packages provide appointment reminders with 2-way texting as well as unlimited email. You can email or text patients on an individual basis. For users who want to do mass texting or mass emails (broadcast messaging), we recommend using our Growth Hub for this.
There are 5 convenient access points to send emails to a patient, depending on the purpose and where you are in the platform:
1. From the scheduler widget for a patient on todays schedule. Purpose: to immediately email on the fly, a patient treating today.
2. From a patient's Communicator Dashboard. Purpose: to immediately email a patient while reviewing the patient's Communicator Dashboard file.
3. From the Notification Center (bell icon at the top of the screen). Purpose: to see in real time, emails coming into the general clinic email and respond to them.
4. Through the Growth Hub lead search. Purpose: to email active and inactive (60 days no contact) leads and patients quickly along with others with the same message.
5. Through the Growth Hub Incoming email. Purpose: to review incoming clinic email and either close, delete or respond.
