Texting Error Invalid Service Type
You can run a report (Reports > Appointment Reminders) to detect errors in the appointment reminders that were scheduled to be sent. Errors can occur internally between ChiroSpring and our text messaging partner. Errors can occur externally with other 3rd parties not within ChiroSpring's control.
One of those external errors is- Invalid Service Type. Invalid Service Type is due to destination address not being text enabled.
This error means that the issue lies with the patient's device for not having Texting/SMS enabled on their device, which is why they are not successfully delivering. The patient's device would need to work with their direct provider if they wish to enable their phone for SMS capabilities.
There is nothing ChiroSpring has control over as this is something the patient will have to fix if they wish to have SMS enabled.
