How do I delete a claim?

If you have created a duplicate claim in error that has not gone to insurance, you may easily have the claim deleted through the ChiroSpring Service Center. Use your left menu navigation to access the Service Center > New Request and choose the service type "Claim Deletion". From here you can search for your claim and perform the claim deletion. 

1. Click on Patient Menu

4. Check Claim

5. Click on Send Request/Save
