Deleting a Claim - How to Delete a Claim

If you have created a duplicate claim in error that has not gone to insurance, you may easily have the claim deleted through the ChiroSpring Service Center.

To submit your Service Center request for your deleted claim go to the Service Center (from your left menu).

At Service Center choose "Claim Deletion" (this is under the Service Center/New Request screen as shown below).

Next search for your patient or claim using the search in the bottom left.

Next check the claim(s) you want to delete. Then click on the action button to "Send Request".

Our backend team will take it from there to complete the claim deletion.
