Which browser is best for ChiroSpring?

There are numerous combinations of browsers and devices you can use on the ChiroSpring platform. We strive to have all of these combinations work on our platform. However, no device, its operating system and the browser you choose are created equal. Some devices are better than others. Some operating systems and the version of those operating systems are better than others. And some browsers are better than others.

ChiroSpring has no control over the device you use, the version of the operating software or the browser you select. Here are some recommendations we have to provide you with the best user experience:

  1. Update your devices operating system automatically.
  2. Have a good virus protection on your device.
  3. Use Google chrome as your browser (most people use this browser).
  4. Automatically update your browser.
  5. Clear your browser cache if you see something odd. Most cloud software require this after an update. 
  6. If you have cleared your browser cache and see something "off" simply take a snip of that, click the red help button and send us an email with a description of the issue, key strokes to get to the issue and a snip of the "error."

If you are using a different browser than Google Chrome expect more issues, but please let us know about those issues. We will have our IT team investigate and provide a fix.
