I am getting logged into the old system incorrectly
If you are looking at this article, you know you are properly logged into the new ChiroSpring 3.0 system. However, if you have a fellow clinic teammate that are getting logged into the old system, have them take the following steps:
1. Clear their cache, logout and try logging back in.
2. If that does not work, logout, clear their cache and do a restart of the device. Then log back in.
3. If that that does not work, make sure they are using the preferred browser Google Chrome. Switch to Chrome and log back in.
