Open a new tab in a browser

On occasion you might want to have more than one browser tab of the software open at a time. If you find yourself toggling back and forth between two pages, feel free to open a second tab in the software. You can do this by doing a second login on another tab. On certain pages we embed this technology so that not only can you open a new tab, but the system will direct you to the exact page you wish to see.

To activate the new tab technology on the Pending Claim folder, hover over the edit button. A tab icon will appear. Click it and the page you desire will appear on a second tab:

If the new tab icon does not work for you, it is likely a browser setting issue. Go to Google Chrome browser > 3 dot icon in top right of browser > Settings > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects > ehr.clinicdr.com  > Allow
