We have multiple clinics, can we have them open on different browser tabs?

It is not possible to open two practice locations using the same web-browser.  However you can accomplish this by using multiple web-browsers.  As an example, if you have two practice locations consider opening one location using Google Chrome.  Open the other location using Microsoft Edge.
