My treatment/exam EHR template did not save

If you are certain you saved an EHR template, but it is now missing, here are the possible causes:

  1. Another clinic user was on the same template at the same time. One of you will have your edits saved. The other will not.
  2. You were logged in for over 12 hours and while doing the template, your 12 hour login key expired.
  3. You failed to click the save button for the template.
  4. Your internet dropped.
  5. Your power or battery was interrupted.
  6. Some team member deleted the template.
  7. If you are certain that none of the above occurred, please click the red help button and report it to us. Please be kind enough to give us all the detail: patient name, date, template name, anything unusual that occurred at that time and an affirmative statement saying that you are certain that none of the above happened.
