How to Delete a Patient Account from ChiroSpring

If you created a duplicate patient or a patient in error and need to delete the patient, please follow these steps:

Please note, use this feature with caution.  Once a patient is deleted any and all data associated with that patient will be erased permanently.  

Only system admins can delete a patient.  

• Search for the Patient: Locate the patient in ChiroSpring by using the search function.
• Access Treatment Dashboard: Go to the patient's Treatment Dashboard by selecting the patient menu in the upper right corner.
• Scroll to the bottom and locate the "Delete Patient" button.  Then click the button.

• Confirm after reviewing the information in the dialog.  If you are okay and want to proceed, click "Confirm".  The patient is now deleted.
