End of Day Process

There are two reports that you should run at the end of day. They are the top two reports on the Reports list: Visit Compliance and Activity Report.

Visit Compliance Report

The Visit Compliance Report gives you valuable information about your claims and treatment notes that day. It tells you if you have claims with no treatment notes and treatment notes with no claims. Claims without treatment notes looks like fraud. Treatment notes without claims means you are losing money. Reports > Visit Compliance

Activity Report

Run the Activity Report to close out for the day. You will find valuable data on the totals and details for all the different types of payments and write-offs for that day or any other date range you select. Reports > Claims & Products > Activity
