New Patients Widget:

This serves as a helpful tool for clinic users, emphasizing the significance of attracting new patients and encouraging them to prioritize their health. This widget displays information about the new patients who had examinations at the clinic, including whether they returned for the second and third visits. Taking them from prospect to converted patient. A comprehensive record of 52 weeks' worth of historical data is maintained. Users have the flexibility to segment the data into different time increments, such as 5 weeks, 10 weeks, or 25 weeks, by selecting alternative options from the drop-down menu located in the upper right-hand corner.

The clinic can set their weekly new patient goals for day 1, day 2, and day 3 by selecting Goals.

The next two widgets can help identify trends, assess the efficiency of appointment management, and potentially improve scheduling procedures to minimize missed appointments in the future.

The Past 7 Days Appointments data pertains to appointments made in the past seven days and provides information about specific appointment statuses.

Here's a breakdown of the different components:

  1. Total Appointments: This represents the overall number of appointments that were scheduled during the specified time period. It gives you a count of all the appointments, regardless of their status.
  2. Missed Appointments: This refers to the number of appointments canceled or marked as a "no-show." These are appointments that did not take place for various reasons, such as the patient canceling in advance, leaving without a visit, or failing to show up for the appointment.
  3. Appointments Fixing: This metric represents the percentage of appointments that were either canceled or marked as a "no-show" but have been rescheduled for a later date within the next seven days. It indicates how many of the missed appointments were successfully rescheduled.
