How to adjust your screen resolution on a mobile device
Your screen resolution can be adjusted on mobile devices. The extent to that adjustment depends on the whether you are accessing ChiroSpring through the Provider app or accessing the Full Platform through a mobile device browser.
Provider App Access On A Mobile Device
If you are accessing your clinic through the Provider app, the only adjustment allowed is changing the orientation from vertical to horizontal and from horizontal to vertical. The Provider app was designed with the usual vertical orientation. The vertical orientation will provide you normally with the best way to navigate the app. On certain pages the orientation can be turned to horizontal and provide the user with a better view.
Full Platform Access On A Mobile Device
You can access the Full platform on your mobile device. The smaller your mobile device is, the more likely you will want to use the Provider app, rather than the Full platform. However, accessing the Full Platform allows you to both change the orientation and to increase and decrease screen resolution. Resolution change is performed by using two fingers on the screen. Increase resolution by pinching out. Decrease resolution by pinching in.
