What type of computer and ISP are required to access ChiroSpring?

We have clinics that uses some very old computers to access our cloud based system. All you need is a computer that allows you to update to the most recent browser versions. Chrome browser is the most reliable. 

You also need a good internet connection with solid up and down speeds. Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to confirm reliable internet connections and solid up and down speeds. You can run a speed test using this link: https://www.speedtest.net/

A reliable download speed is 50 Mbps. A reliable upload speed is 10Mbps. A reliable ping is 5 ms.

Most clinics who come to us find that they do not have to buy any new devices. The ChiroSpring platform does not require a server, network or software to download and manage. Typically your clinic will instantly have reliable and fast speeds to access data on the ChiroSpring platform.
