Smart ID Download and Instructions

The Application Download: Download

1. In order to be able to use the application, you will have to meet these requirements:

a) Have computer running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10

b) Have at least 1GB RAM of Memory

c) Have a working internet connection that your computer is connected to

d) Have SCM MicroSystems SCL101 Smart Card Reader available

e) If you meet all the requirements listed above, then Download:

2. Installing the application

 You will see the download beginning. All you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions

1) Click "Next"

2) Select "I accept the agreement" and then click "Next"

3) Click "Next"

4) Click "Next"

5) Click "Yes"

6) Check "Create a desktop icon" and then click "Next"

7) Click "Install"

8) Click "Yes"

9) Select "I accept the terms in the license agreement" and then click "Next"

10) Click "Install"

11) Click "Finish"

12) Connect the card reader through a USB port

3. Rebooting

 We recommend rebooting your PC after you finished installing the SmartID

1) Select "Yes, restart the computer now" and click "Finish"

2) Please wait while your computer restarts

3) Once the computer is finished restarting, double click the new icon on your desktop

4) You need to navigate to Options -> Change Settings

5) Replace "0000-00000-00000-00000-00000" with your EHr Token that will be given by a CDr representative
