QD4 Terminal Full Software Update - ChiroSpring Pay
When you receive your QD4 terminal please complete a full download (note this is not an "update"). The following download can only be performed by following these steps.
Fist make sure you connect your QD4 Terminal to WiFi: Video Here
Steps for Full Download on QD4 Terminal
-Press 3 lines on bottom left corner
For Manager Password enter 1234
- From the Core Menu select "Utility"
- Under Utility select "Software Download"
-Under Software Download select "Connect"
-Under Connect choose "Network" or "Wifi"
-Under Select Type choose "Full" (do not do the partial download as it will not contain all of the required data).
-Enter (GREEN BUTTON)
You should see your terminal updating. We recommend a reboot of the terminal (power off and back on) once this is complete. Your terminal should always show POS Online which means it is connected to your network and ChiroSpring and ready to take payment.
Here is a video showing these steps. In this video we chose Partial Update. The steps are the same only being you would select "Full" when given the option if you want the full update.
