ChiroSpring provides two great apps, one for patients (Patient Hub 360) and one for your practice (ChiroSpring 360).  Read below for a definition of both apps as well as how to download/send to patients.  

1. The patient can check in for an appointment.

2. The patient can check in family member associated with with the patient account.

3. The patient can provide the clinic their chief complaint for today's visit.

4. The patient can provide the clinic their family members chief complaint for today's visit.

5. The clinic can see the chief complaint in the Treatment Dashboard and either include or exclude the patient's chief complaint into todays treatment notes.

6. The patient can register with the clinic today's health metrics: Active Calories Burned, Exercise Movement Time and Distance walking and running.

7. The patient can share a testimonial and picture that gets forwarded to the clinic email in box for posting on Social Media.

8. The patient can text and email through the app.

9. The patient can see todays and future appointments dates and times.

10. If an appointments has been requested by the patient they can view the status of that request.

11. The patient can see the forms the clinic has requested they complete and complete the request.

12. The patient can see the finalized treatment notes and exams in their file.

13. The patient patient can see all documents in their file.

14, The patient can see all the charges made to their account.

15 The patient can see the outstanding balance on their account.

16. The patient can authorize a credit card payment on their account by indicating the last 4 digits of the credit card.

17. The patient can see the total available reward points they have accumulated and history of those points which can be used by the clinic to give awards and enter in drawings.

For reference you may download the PatientHub 360 app here.  This app is for patients.  Do not send a direct link for patients to access this app.  Instead, you may push an email/SMS download message to your patients by accessing the Communicator Dashboard.  From there trigger the request to the patient by clicking on "create account".  This will send your patient both an email and SMS message with instructions on how to download and access the app.

A simple way for the clinic to handle getting the patient/prospect registered is just have the patient/prospect hand their smartphone to a clinic team member and have the team member do all the steps above. It takes less than 1 minute.
