Memberships in ChiroSpring 360



Membership and subscription are often used interchangeably to describe a business model based on recurring payments. ChiroSpring 360 Pro & Pro+ plans include our patient membership feature to help you reach your business goals.


How does it work?

Decide which model best suites your practice

  1. Use it or Lose it - No Carryover
  2. Allow accumulation - Unlimited or 1-6 month allotment

Settings > Membership Type > Click + Add Membership Type (in lower right corner of screen)

  1. Type Membership Name
  2. Select services
    1. Procedure Codes
    2. Products
  3. Update Price
  4. Include Custom Text, if you'd like your patients to sign up for memberships online

Assign Patient Membership

  • Navigate to your patients treatment dashboard
  • Membership will display at the top of your dashboard page
  • click + to add
  • Select Membership Type

    - Choose Start Date

Scheduled Payment, One Time Charge, No Payment

Scheduled = reoccurring monthly charge*

    • ChiroSpring Pay* activated
    • Card saved on file
  • One Time Charge = does not reoccur and payment registered for one month
  • No Payment Entry = starts membership and payment can be set at a later date
  • Payment Option
    • Card on File*
    • Method: Check, Cash, Credit Card or Other

Change or Cancel Membership

We understand things change. Upgrades, downgrades, or cancelations, we can handle it


To make changes to the patients membership, you need to terminate the current plan to start a new one.

You have two termination options

  1. Patient wants to terminate plan
    1. this selection will not terminate during the billing cycle
  2. Terminate effective today
    1. this selection will terminate at end of day
