Announcing Time Blocks, a way for providers to block off time for no appointments, or to dedicate time to a single appointment type! 

This is especially useful for New Patient appointments scheduled online.  The time blocks govern when they can be scheduled and how many can fit into a single time slot.  Now DCs can dedicate a chunk of time for new patient appts and only do one at a time. Time blocks are perfect for this!

Time blocks prevent overbooking. We have also included logic to alert the clinic user if they are adding an appointment that conflicts with any existing appointments or time blocks.

1. Set up Time Blocks for an appointment category in Scheduler & Appointments Settings. 
2. Then start adding Time Blocks for that category to your calendar.

Intake Forms are a breeze!

ChiroSpring's intake forms are now tied closely to patient appointments, which means getting intake forms done just got a lot easier!
