New features in this releaseMembershipsChiroSpring 360 now supports memberships! Every part of the process is built into ChiroSpring, including defining your membership levels, adding a membership to a patient, and smart automation that assigns your patient's membership procedures to their pre-paid allotment so your front desk staff doesn't have to do work-arounds! This feature works for cash patients only. It is available today for all ChiroSpring customers in the Pro and Pro+ subscription packages. Save & Sign Treatment NotesNow Saving and Signing a note can be two separate events! This supports professional oversight of junior providers by senior providers. You can also save a note without signing it until you're completely done making changes. This will make the visit compliance report more useful in showing you which patient visits still need your attention. See details here. Visit Authorization TrackingChiroSpring can now tell you how many chiropractic visits your patient has had so far during their contract year. That information will be visible in the Front Desk, Treatment Dashboard, Billing Dashboard, and Appointments Report! Learn how to set it up here. Online Scheduling UpgradeGive your new patients more timeslots to choose from. When a new patient finds your website using online services like Google or Facebook, they don't know anything about your providers, so now you don't have to make the patient choose one. Instead, ChiroSpring can offer the patient all of the timeslots for all of the providers who provide new patient appointments! Just de-select "Prompt patient to choose provider" on your new-patient appointment category(s). |
