ChiroSpring 360 supports import capabilities, allowing users to import a variety of file types such as jpg, word, excel, pdf, txt, and png into the patients' document section.

The maximum import size for files in ChiroSpring 360 is limited to 10MB.

To change the file size of a scanned document, you can adjust the resolution or scan type settings:

Resolution - Lowering the resolution will reduce the file size.

For example, a default setting of 300dpi x 300dpi can be changed to 100dpi x 200dpi to reduce the file size by about 30%.

Scan type - The higher the color quality, the larger the file size.

Setting a data limit in cloud-based software such as ChiroSpring 360 is important to maintain optimal system performance and responsiveness, preventing the overload of server resources and ensuring a seamless user experience for all software users.
