Opt-in Email & SMS Communication

As part of the check-in process, kindly ask patients if they would like to receive important updates and notifications via email or SMS. your staff will assist patients in toggling their preferred option, whether it's opting in or opting out. Patients can always request communications to be toggled off during their visit, and if they prefer to opt out later, they can simply text "STOP" to your toll-free number. If patient would like to re-subscribe they can reply to your # with "UNSTOP" to start receiving texts again. Additionally, every email we send includes an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom, ensuring patients have control over their communication preferences.
