Release Note – January 30, 2024

In this edition of our "What's New" article, we're excited to present a range of enhancements designed to elevate your experience.

The Treatment Dashboard now features Deductible and Copay details retrieved from Insurance Verification.

New Reminder Status- 'Acknowledged':

We introduced a new status, 'Acknowledged,' for reminders.

Reminder Dashboard:

Completed reminders are now displayed in the Reminders Dashboard.

The Subscription Overview now offers more detailed information about your subscription status by including the number of claims in your previous and current billing cycle.

To enhance user experience, lines in the Scheduler have been darkened for improved visualization, making it easier for you to navigate.

The "Product Folder" and "Service Center" total badges have been updated to exclude "Completed" items. Recognizing that completed items are no longer actionable and may not be of interest to the user, ensures a more focused and relevant view of your ongoing tasks.
