In case you have been living under a rock, GrowthHub provides an expanded set of tools that makes communicating with your patients and operating your practice a breeze. Features like instant online scheduling, 5-star review requests, ChiroSpring SEO and even birthday reminders have always been a part of our GrowthHub offering.

Now, GrowthHub gains even more functionality making your patient engagement process even better. Here are the new features in GrowthHub:

Automated Appointment Confirmations

Now, when you book an appointment in ChiroSpring your patient will receive an immediate confirmation message.

Automated 5-star Review Requests

Determine if you want the review requests automated. These can be done based on visit with a repeat frequency, or, based on the patient not having a request sent to them after so many days. Once that criteria is met, the check box in the cash register (checkout screen) will automatically be checked. Once the cash register is closed, it sends the patient the review request. Of course, you can un-check the review request option during checkout if you desire.

Online Scheduler - Custom Messages for Confirmations

Now when patients book their appointments with online scheduling they will see a message pertaining to that action.

Enhanced Appointment Reminders - Up to Six Reminders per Appointment

We finally did it! Now you can keep pestering your patients with a set cadence of reminders. Maybe you want to remind them 3 days before their appointment, the day before and then 2 hours before. Now you can. Create up to 6 reminders per appointment. This is a "set it once" and "works for all" setting. You can turn off patient reminders under patient preferences if they do not want to be reminded of their appointment.

Now you will look like a champ when reminders go out with information specific to that visit. As an example, you might want to let patients with "New Patient" appointment category know they should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment and to bring their insurance card.

SMS Messages - Mark Read or Unread

Have you ever clicked on an SMS message in the inbox only to wish it was marked "unread"? Now you can mark those messages as unread ensuring someone will see them and take action.

Marketing Templates - Improved UI & Ability to Clone
