GrowthHub - Patient Loyalty
If you ever want to reward your patients for being loyal, ChiroSpring has a built in tracker for this. Part of GrowthHub Pro, Patient Loyalty allows you to set points for your patient loyality rewards. Clinic reward points are achieved by a patient who downloads and uses the Patient App. The clinic can use this point system to motivate engagement by the patients to use the Patient App. Drawings can compliantly be created with prizes, since the points are not awarded for treating. The clinic can motivate patients and people in their communities to track and record health metrics. Thereby motivating people to move well every day. ChiroSpring also provides a report to track patient engagement and communicate with those patients.
Set Up Reward Points
First you will want to determine the number of points you set for each option. This is done under GrowthHub/Patient Loyalty.

Track Rewards - Communicator Dashboard
On the Communicator Dashboard for your patient you can see their marketing notes, marketing ticklers, rewards points and even request a 5-star review (and see the last date one was requested).

Track Rewards - Rewards Report
Run the Rewards report to see all of your patients and their rewards.
