Using the Service Center

The Service Center is a great way to maximize your productivity as our internal team performs the service work for you. Depending on your subscription, and the service center request, there may be charges associated with a service center request. As an example, most service center requests are no cost for our billing services customers. You can see a list of service center costs under your subscription/overview page.

Below are the service center requests we offer.

New Request

To create a service center request, select the request type (nature of request). Then follow the proceeding steps. As an example, for a claim resubmission, select "Resubmission". Then click "Search" to locate the claim you want to resubmit.

You can also make various service center requests in other areas of the software. When in the patient's claim history, as an example, you may select a claim (or multipe), and then proceed with a service center request. See the below image for this example.
