Auto Save on Form Builder

New feature: Auto Save functionality added to the Form Builder.
Forms are now automatically saved every 3 minutes.
Users can save forms as drafts and return later to complete them.

Refund Tool for All Payment Methods

Enhanced refund process: Supports refunds across all payment methods, simplifying and speeding up the refund process.
Refunds can now be processed directly without navigating to the ChiroSpring Pay report.

These changes are designed to streamline navigation and enhance user experience by separating actions into clear categories.

Appointment Confirmation Toggle

GrowthHub Pro Feature

In response to user feedback, we have added a new toggle to the appointment type settings. This feature allows you to control confirmation messages for each appointment type.

Enabled: When the toggle is enabled, confirmation will be sent to patients for that appointment type.
Disabled: When the toggle is disabled, confirmation will not be sent to patients for that appointment type.

Changes to the toggle settings take effect immediately, providing you with instant control over appointment confirmations.

Additional Enhancements

Column Headers in reports now remain fixed at the top while scrolling.

New tabs, 'General' and 'Advanced,' added to 'Add New Appointment Category".

Coming Soon - Card Present Tokenization

This feature is currently in beta and will not be functional until we update your terminal.

Here's what you need to know:

You will notice a checkbox labeled "Tokenize card while charging" for terminal payments. Although this checkbox is visible, the feature is still in beta and will not work at this time. Attempting to tokenize a card through the terminal will result in an error message.

We will inform you when the feature becomes available. At that point, you'll need to update your terminal. For now, there's nothing you need to do. Just ignore the checkbox and wait for our announcement. 😊
