Upload Insurance Card Image to Patient File

Keeping a record of your patient's insurance card can be a good practice. If you submit their insurance only to find out after the fact you entered the data incorrect into ChiroSpring, now you are faced with asking your patient for their card again. This can be prevented if you keep an image of their card on file.

To add your patient's card (image), first scan the card using a scanner. This will save the image in PNG or JPEG format. Once you have the image on your computer, follow the steps below to upload into ChiroSpring.

Navigate to Patient Dropdown Menu: Documents

On the left-hand side go to "Patient ID Card" folder > "Add New Document"

Click to select files

Choose file from your computer that contains the patient ID card & upload.
