Intake to Treatment Note
We are excited to announce the Beta release of our new Intake to Treatment Note Integration. This feature is now available for early adopters to test and provide feedback, helping us refine and enhance the experience.
What’s New?
Review and Select: After patients complete their intake forms, providers can view the intake information directly within the treatment note and decide what details to include or exclude in their documentation. This gives clinics full control over which details are relevant to the treatment.
Editable Content: Clinicians can edit the intake information, allowing for any necessary adjustments to reflect the most accurate and relevant details.
Quick and Comprehensive Overview: Providers can easily access completed intake forms alongside the selected form, streamlining the flow of information and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Beta offers early access to the feature, allowing clinics to experience its benefits while providing feedback to help shape the final product. We encourage users to share their experiences to help us fine-tune. Please contact our support team with any suggestions or issues.
Disclaimer: As this feature is currently in Beta, some functionality may still be under development. We recommend that clinics double-check all transferred intake information for accuracy and completeness until the final version is fully rolled out.
Household Scheduling
Introducing the Household Scheduling! This enhancement allows practices to easily book appointments for multiple patients within a household in one go.
Key Features:
New Appointment Option: Users can now select the "Household" option when adding an appointment. This allows for the addition of an entire household to book multiple appointments at once.
Individual Adjustments: Before saving the appointments, users can easily adjust the individuals included for that appointment. Only the patients retained in the list will have appointments created.
Scheduler Display: All household appointments will be displayed in the same row alongside the household name within the scheduler. Users can hover over the household name to see a list of all members scheduled for appointments.
Remove Appt: Users can remove individual appointments from household booking if needed.
(Only available on Front Desk)
Household Payment Capability: Users will be able to process payments for the entire household directly from the scheduler and front desk.
Checkout Screen: The front desk will have access to a checkout screen for each individual patient/member.
Visual Queue: To easily identify households, a house icon will appear next to the household name in both the scheduler and front desk views, providing a clear visual indicator of household appointments.
We plan to expand this functionality to online scheduling and patient app.
GrowthHub Dashboard
Introducing the GrowthHub Dashboard—a streamlined view to track potential patients, engagement status, and activity levels at a glance. Make data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Broadcast Messenger Report
We are excited to introduce the Broadcast Messenger Report, designed specifically for GrowthHub Pro users. This report provides an overview of broadcast messages sent over the last 90 days, allowing users to track messaging performance effectively.
The Broadcast Messenger Report can be found under GrowthHub on the NEW GrowthHub Dashboard.
ChiroSpring Pay, PMID Number
Users can now easily view and copy their ChiroSpring Pay PMID number directly from the subscription page.

New Report: Payment Methods Report*
*for ChiroSpring Pay Users
This report allows practices to easily access and manage patient payment information stored in ChiroSpring 360.
Patient Name: The full name of the patient associated with the payment method.
Payment Method Type: Information on the type of payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)
Last Four Digits: Displays the last four digits of the payment method.
Date Added: Users can view the date when each payment method was added to the patient’s file.
Delete Option: Users have the ability to delete payment methods directly from the report.
Export : Users can export the report in csv or pdf format.
Customization Settings
These settings are organized into three tabs: Location & Clinic Settings, PMR & Billing Settings, and Misc. & Advanced Settings.
Location & Clinic Settings
- Clinic Time Zone: Set the clinic's time zone (default: Central Time Zone) to ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
- Clinic HCFA Box 24: Configure the default place of service for billing.
- Enable Walk-in Check-in: Activate GPS functionality for walk-in check-in, streamlining the patient arrival process.
PMR & Billing Settings
- Include Copay in PMR Estimation: Option to include copays when estimating patient responsibility.
- Include Co-ins in PMR Estimation: Allow coinsurance amounts to be factored into PMR estimations.
- Include Deductible in PMR Estimation: Enable deductibles to be included in the PMR estimation process.
- Chiropractic-Specific Benefits: Toggle on/off for benefits specific to chiropractic services.
- Therapy-Specific Benefits: Toggle on/off for benefits specifically for therapy services.
- Enable Patient Membership: Toggle on/off to manage and offer patient membership options.
- Automatic Adjustment / Write-Off for Procedure Charges:
- Apply for Membership Procedure Charges: Automatically apply adjustments or write-offs for membership-related procedures.
- Apply for Non-Insurance Procedure Charges: Automatically adjust or write off non-insurance-related procedure charges.
Misc. & Advanced Settings
- IP Restriction: Implement IP restrictions for enhanced security.
- Show Patient Reminders: Toggle on/off to display reminder pop ups.
- Display Treatment Plan: Toggle on/off
- Use New Treatment Plan: This is currently in beta testing.
- HIPAA Custom Paragraph: Include a custom paragraph for HIPAA compliance
- Online Scheduling Custom Paragraph: Add a customizable paragraph for online scheduling information.
SMS Usage Tracking
Now available under Subscription - Overview. This feature allows users to easily monitor their SMS usage to avoid potential overages.
SMS Usage in Previous Cycle: View the SMS usage from the previous billing cycle.
SMS Usage in Current Cycle: Track the total number of SMS messages sent during the current billing cycle.
