ChiroSpring Pay - Terminal Batch Process

The terminal automatically batches each evening and will print a batch report showing transactions completed on the terminal for that day. The terminal does need to be left on and connected to the internet to complete this process each day.

If your terminal does not batch out then the payments are not pushed through for deposits.

If your terminal has not batched out and printed the batch report you can manually push a batch through by completing the following steps on your terminal.

1. Go to Aura App

2. Select the Star Icon (password is 1234)

3.Select Settle Daily Batch

The transactions are then pushed through for deposit and you should expect to see those funds in two business days.
