Cerate Service Favorite Lists - Charge Folders
The Provider Favorite Service List feature helps providers quickly select their most used services when completing the fee slip during charting. This speeds up workflows and keeps things consistent especially helpful for multi-provider clinics.

What Are Favorite Services?
Favorite Services are provider specific lists of CPT/service codes that can be selected more quickly during the fee slip workflow. Instead of scrolling through your entire service list, you’ll have your go-to codes right at your fingertips.
How to Create Your Favorite Services List (Charge Folders)
Each provider will see their own list (also called folders) here.
- Click “Create New List” or "Copy from User".

You’ll be prompted to enter a list name. Choose something that helps you recognize it later.
- Next add codes to your list (codes in the left pane are on your list).

Once you have added your codes you may arrange them up/down using the drag-and-drop feature. Click "Save" when you are satisfied with your list. You can always go back and edit your list at anytime.
💡 Pro Tip: Want consistency across providers? Build one great list, then have your team copy it.
Copy From User
You may also decide to copy your list from another user. Follow these steps to perform this action.
Use the “Copy Lists from Other Users” option to:
Copy all favorite lists from one user, or

Browse all lists across all users and select only the ones you want to clone into your account.

Using Favorites on Fee Slip
In Fee Slip
- On the Procedures Tab click “Favorites”
- You will see your custom lists (folders)
- Add them to the fee slip like normal.
🔥 Bonus Tip: If you switch the Rendering Provider, their favorite list will load automatically—so each provider sees their own custom list, right when they need it.

Editing & Deleting Lists (Folders)
To delete a list (folder) or edit it's name, click on the "All Favorite Lists" folder. In the right pane you will see all of your lists. Here you can arrange them up/down using drag-and-drop, edit them (pencil icon), delete them (trash icon) or clone them (clone icon).
