ChiroSpring Product Release 7-17-2025

This release delivers a solid mix of new tools, smarter workflows, and essential bug fixes all designed to help your clinic move faster, smarter, and work cleaner inside ChiroSpring 360.



Fee Slip Enhancements

You asked, we listened: new options added so you can make necessary changes without the runaround.


Edit Fee Slip - Now Available in More Places

In addition to the checkout screen, you can now access Edit Fee Slip from:

  • Pending Claims
  • Claim History
  • Aging Report

No more jumping screens just to make a quick fix.


Box 14 on New Fee Slip - Date + Qualifier

You can now set both the Onset Date and the appropriate qualifier for Box 14 directly from the Fee Slip.

📌Important Note: If “Patient’s condition related to” is set in the patient’s Insured Information, the system will automatically apply Qualifier 439 – Accident Date. When this happens, the date and qualifier fields will become read-only to protect the accuracy of the accident record (since these dates shouldn’t change).

On hover, you’ll see: “This field is read-only. You can change it on the Insured Information page.”

Clicking the edit icon will take you directly to the Insured Information page to make any updates.


New Default View Setting(s)

Procedure: Displays procedures from your Service List & Fees.

Diagnosis: Displays diagnoses from the Classic Fee Slip and your Clinic Favorite List. (i) legacy vs. clinic-defined groupings.


Print ERA by Claim

Print ERA details for a specific claim directly from the Claim Log or ERA Viewer.

Hover to View Recent Claim Log Note

No clicks needed just hover over a Claim Log to view the recent user note instantly.

Claim History: Unapplied Money Summary

Quickly view & apply unapplied funds in patient’s claim history. No more digging around.


New Statement Type: Patient Balance with Products & PMR

We’ve introduced a new statement format that breaks out copay, coinsurance, deductible, and other balances.


Form Completion for Patients

Patients only need to enter their DOB and 6-digit code once per session when completing multiple forms.


Front Desk Bell Icon Opens Reminder Dashboard

One click from the bell icon and you’re in the Reminders dashboard.


Improved Handling of Failed Email Deliveries

We’ve added logic to handle failed email deliveries like a full inbox, bad email address, or blank email field. When this happens, the system creates a reminder and turns off email notices for that address and displays a tooltip with the reason.

  • Temporary issues (like a full inbox): You can turn notices back on once it’s fixed.
  • Permanent issues (like a typo or blank email): You’ll need to update the address before email notices can be sent again.

Why this matters: Trying to send to invalid addresses not only guarantees failure it can tank deliverability for your legit emails too. This update protects both your communication and your reputation.
