Insert ChiroSpring Pay Transactions
Why a Payment Appears in ChiroSpring Pay history report but not in Patient File:
In rare cases, a payment may appear as successful but not show up in the ChiroSpring patient file. This typically occurs due to a temporary system timeout that prevents the transaction response from reaching ChiroSpring.
The transaction can be manually added so records remain accurate.
How to Insert the Missing Transaction into the Patient Account:
- Go to Reports
- Select ChiroSpring Pay
- Click History
- Locate the related payment entry
- Click the blue information (ℹ️) icon to the left
- Click "Insert Transaction"
Once completed, the payment will appear correctly in ChiroSpring Patient Payment History.
Symptoms
You may notice one or more of the following:
- A patient’s payment is visible in Stax and in the ChiroSpring Pay History Report
- The same payment does not appear in ChiroSpring Patient File
- The patient was charged successfully, but the payment is missing from the patient account history in ChiroSpring
Resolution
The missing transaction can be manually inserted into ChiroSpring. Once added, reports and patient records will reflect the payment correctly.
Additional Notes
- This situation is uncommon and typically related to temporary system load.
- No duplicate charges are created by inserting a missing transaction.
