Appointment Listing Report (Tracking Appointment Activity)
The Appointment Listing Report is a powerful and flexible tool that allows you to filter, analyze, and track Appointment Activity based on your needs.
Whether you're reviewing new patient visits, tracking general clinic activity, or analyzing cancelled/no-show trends, this report can be customized to give you exactly the data you need!
How to Access the Report
Reports → Appointments → Listing

Important Filters

1. Date Range - Select the time period you want to review (daily, monthly, yearly, or custom range).
2. Category - Choose the appointment category (e.g., New Patient, Adjustment, Follow-Up, etc.).
3. Status - Filter appointments by status such as:
- Scheduled
- Cancelled
- No Show
- Rescheduled ... & more!

>You can even Export this report into PDF, Excel, or print the report as needed using the blue action button:

How Totals Work: At the bottom of the report you’ll see the total number of appointments that match your selected filters.

Common Use Cases
- Tracking New Patient Appointments
- Set your desired Date Range
- Select the appropriate Category (e.g., New Patient)
- Choose provider (if needed)
- Apply any relevant Status filters: arrived, checked out, cancelled etc.
- Identifying Cancelled, No-Show, or Rescheduled Appointments
- The Status filter allows you to isolate appointment behavior. You can run separate reports for: Cancelled, No Shows, and Rescheduled visits
- Provider-Specific Reporting - Need to see appointment volume for a specific provider?
- Simply select the Provider Name in the filter section and run the report with your selected date range and category.
Tips for Best Results
✔ Always confirm your date range first
✔ Double-check your category selection
✔ Be intentional with your status filter
