Why ChiroSpring is introducing unique login emails
A small change to strengthen security
To improve account security and meet modern compliance standards, ChiroSpring is introducing unique login emails for every user.
Starting Friday, users will be prompted to confirm an email address used specifically for logging in and password resets.
Your existing email on file will remain your contact email for notifications, reports, and communications.
Why this change matters
In many clinics, multiple users share a general email such as:
- info@clinicname.com
- frontdesk@clinicname.com
While convenient, shared emails create security risks.
If multiple users access the same email inbox, someone could:
- Reset another user’s password
- Log in as another staff member
- Access patient data under the wrong identity
- Perform actions that appear under someone else’s name
Unique login emails help ensure every action in your system is tied to the correct individual user.
Benefits of unique login emails
This update helps:

What you’ll need to do
When prompted, simply:
- Enter your preferred email for login
- Verify it with a code sent to your email
- Confirm your login email
The process takes less than a minute.


Important dates
Starting Friday:
Users will begin seeing the prompt to verify their login email.
Through March 31:
You can choose Remind Me Later if you’re busy.
Beginning April 1:
A unique login email will be required to continue accessing the system.
