New: Financial Overview Report
Meet your new Financial Overview report—now replacing the Activity Report.
You can find this new report under Reports > Claims and Products > Financial Overview
With this report, you can:
- View financial data by provider, payer, charges, collections, and more
- Apply custom filters and search within the report
- See a dynamic summary that updates based on your selected results
- Export data as needed
This update delivers a more flexible and detailed view of your financial performance.
New (BETA): Statement Builder
Say hello to more control, more customization, and way better statements.
You can now find the Statement Builder under Billing > Settings, where you can create statement types that fit your workflow.
With Statement Builder, you can:
- Build statements based on claim balance or patient owes balance
- Choose landscape or portrait orientation
- Select which practice/location details appear for return information (perfect for multi-location practices)
- Customize payment methods shown on the statement
- Pick and choose the columns and details you want included
