Campaign Report

You can now get a full view of how your campaigns are performing, down to the patient and action level.

What you can do:

See all campaigns in one place (Active + Inactive)

Quickly track:

  • Total campaigns
  • Active vs Inactive
  • Total patients impacted

Drill into each campaign to view:

  • Patient-level progress
  • Completion status (Complete / Incomplete)
  • Stop reasons (like failed messages or invalid contact info)

Go deeper with action-level visibility:

  • View each step taken per patient:
    • Email
    • SMS
    • Tags added/removed
  • See:
    • When actions were added
    • When they were completed
    • Final status (Done, Failed, Cancelled)

This makes it easy to spot:

  • What’s working
  • Where patients are dropping off
  • Any issues (like missing email/SMS info)

Additional Updates

You can now quickly print patient demographic information directly from the Billing Dashboard, making it easier to access and share key details when needed.

Write-Off Rules

Control how write-offs are applied by default.

Configure separately for Insurance and Non-Insurance

  • When enabled, the system will:
    • Charge the General Clinic Plan amount
    • Automatically write off the difference between the plan and the fee schedule
  • When disabled:
    • Charges follow the fee schedule amount directly (no automatic write-off)

This gives you clear control over whether write-offs are applied automatically or not, based on payer type.

Membership Pricing & Write-Off

Membership-related pricing settings have been moved for better organization.

  • Options include:
    • Charge General Clinic Plan amount & write off membership savings
    • Charge Membership amount (no write-off)

Fee Slip Flexibility

Control whether the fee schedule can be changed directly on the Fee Slip.

  • When enabled, users can change the fee schedule on the Fee Slip
  • When disabled, the fee schedule remains locked
  • Membership services are always fixed and cannot be changed

Previously limited to non-insurance charges only
