Setting Payer Overrides

ChiroSpring Desktop makes it easy to configure a Payer (Insurance Carrier) to populate a claim just the way the payer wants it.  This is accomplished by using the dropdown options for each CMS-1500 box.

This is called a Payer Override.

In Desktop, you can also enter the provider's info for NPI, taxonomy code, license #,, SS#, EIN, etc.  

This is called a Provider Override.

Payer and Provider overrides are possible in 360 as well.
