Personalize Existing Dashboard
Personalization changes only your own view. It does not change the dashboard layout for other users.
1. Open a patient record and open the dashboard you want to change.
2. Open the dashboard action menu and select Edit dashboard layout.
3. Drag widgets to reorder them. To remove a widget, select the X on the widget. Removed widgets move to Available Widgets.
4. To add a hidden widget back, drag it from Available Widgets into the dashboard layout.
5. Select Save changes.
Create Custom Dashboard
Use custom dashboards to create a focused view for a role, workflow, or individual user.
1. Go to Settings > Custom Dashboards > Build Dashboard.
2. In the Details step, enter a Dashboard Name and choose whether the dashboard is Active.
3. Choose whether the dashboard should be the default for the Treatment dashboard, Billing dashboard, Communicator dashboard, or any combination of these.
4. Choose the audience: All users or Specific users. If you choose Specific users, select the users who should receive the dashboard.
5. Choose whether to allow users to personalize their dashboard. When enabled, assigned users can rearrange and resize widgets for their own view, but they cannot add, remove, or configure widgets.
6. Choose whether to allow widgets to adjust their height based on their content. Select this when you want widgets to size themselves automatically. Clear it when you want users to control widget height and position manually.
7. Select Next to open the Layout step.
8. Add the widgets you need, then drag them to reorder or resize them. Hidden widgets are available in the Available Widgets panel.
9. Select Finish to save the dashboard.
