Virtual Payments

The virtual payment is a special feature that is designed to charge virtual cards. This means that the credit card is charged, and the money enters in your clinic's account, BUT the payment is registered into ChiroSpring for the patient(s) ONLY when the ERA/EOB gets posted.

- Add the virtual CC information to a patient file

You will be able to see the transaction into your Reports > ChiroSpring Pay > History, along with the comment and the details you have written in the comments section when adding the payment.


So after the ERA/EOB is posted, the payments will be added individually
