Help! I cannot log into ChiroSpring!
Depending on your issue, there are a few things to consider when you cannot log into ChiroSpring. First and foremost, if you have forgotten your password you can perform a password reset by following these steps - CLICK HERE TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD.
Check Your Internet
The first thing to consider when unable to access ChiroSpring is your internet or network. Please perform these steps.
- Restart your router (unplug your router, wait 30 seconds, then replug in your router and wait for the connection to re-establish).
- Verify your internet speed at www.speedtest.net.
- Clear your browser history/cache (make sure you are using Google Chrome. We do not recommend any other browser with ChiroSpring).
Clear Cache - Google Chrome
Web browsers can be tricky sometimes and clearing browser cache/history can often resolve log in issues. We only recommend using Google Chrome with ChiroSpring. Below are steps on clearing the cache in Google Chrome.
- Open Chrome
- Click More in the top right corner
- Click Clear browsing data
- Select the types of data you want to remove
- Choose a time range
- Click Clear data
- Try accessing the ChiroSpring Log In page from your mobile device (turn off your phone's WiFi first). If you can access ChiroSpring in this way this points to an internal issue with your internet/network.
Flush DNS
Here are some troubleshooting steps to try if you have ruled out a WiFi/connectivity issue and it appears that your internet is not working for ChiroSpring only:
1. Navigate to the desktop. (From Home, tap or click the Desktop tile).
2. Right-click the Start button (the Windows logo in the lower-left).
3. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
4. When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
5. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
If you do these steps and still can't login to ChiroSpring, reach out to your ISP for help or you can work on our application via mobile devices using cellular data or use your mobile hotspot to connect other devices to the internet via your phone.
