Help! I cannot log into ChiroSpring!

If you are a ChiroSpring user and you can't get into ChiroSpring, there are a series of troubleshooting steps you can try! Don't hesitate to contact ChiroSpring support for help if you need assistance with any of these steps or if you're still unable to successfully access our system. 

1. We are an internet-based application - check your internet connection, restart your router (unplug router, wait 30 seconds, replug in and wait for connection to re-establish), or check your internet speed at www.speedtest.net. You may also clear your browser cache through your browser settings and reattempt login. We do highly recommend the use of Google Chrome. Here are instructions on how to clear cache in Chrome:

2. If you are trying to login and the site spins and doesn't login, you may be experiencing an ISP (Internet Service Provider) related issue. To confirm, you can try logging in with your cell phone (disconnected from WiFI, using cellular data). If you can login with your cell phone while not connected to WiFi, then you have an issue with your ISP or your WiFi connection. 

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try if you have ruled out a WiFi/connectivity issue and it appears that your internet is not working for ChiroSpring only:

1. Navigate to the desktop. (From Home, tap or click the Desktop tile).

2. Right-click the Start button (the Windows logo in the lower-left).

3. Choose Command Prompt (Admin).

4. When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.

5. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.

If you do these steps and still can't login to ChiroSpring, reach out to your ISP for help or you can work on our application via mobile devices using cellular data or use your mobile hotspot to connect other devices to the internet via your phone. 

3. If you have ruled out an internet or ISP issue and you still can't get into ChiroSpring, get in touch with us right away! If other users can access ChiroSpring but you can't, you can try a password reset by going to login.chirospring.com and click the Forgotten Password link.

The ChiroSpring Programming Team does not perform system updates during the business day, so if you are experiencing slowness or other connection issues to our site, please try the steps above and get in touch with our team if the issue persists.
