Currently, the New Fee Slip is Optional

Our classic fee slip remains an option through the remainder of 2024.

To switch between them:

Go to Settings - Navigate to Treatment Notes - Select Note Settings Tab - Scroll to Template Usage.

Select - Use New Fee Slip template or Use Old (Classic) Fee Slip template.

Now that you've seen our new AWESOME fee slip, you might want to start assigning regions to your favorite diagnosis codes for quick access. For steps on this process 👉 FOLLOW THIS GUIDE.

Diagnosis codes can be added to your diagnosis favorite list.

We have added a new report to help you track visits, charges, taxes, and write-offs for CPT codes and their associated fee schedule.

Find the new report under Reports - Claims and Products - Fee Schedule Usage.

Now when you search for your patient, the nickname is displayed. You can also search by nickname.

As a reminder, a nickname can be added to the demographic information section on the Billing Dashboard.

Nickname will never appear on any claim or note as it is used for internal purposes only.

For those of you using our PMR feature, we've now made it easier to select which procedures are covered by the insurance payer with the addition of a Select All option (see below).

As a reminder, PMR will NOT CALCULATE for any procedure unless the covered box is checked.

To edit your procedure allowances go to Billing - Third Party Payers

Click "Configure" next to Procedure allowances.
